Threshold of Intensive and Compact Spatial Indicators for Central Rail Transit Stations in Chengdu from a Low-Carbon Perspective
摘要
Abstract
The coordination of urban planning and rail transit has entered a new stage of high speed development. However, due to the lack of mature urban management theory, challenges such as low station-city integration and inefficient use of rail transit impact zones persist.During this stage,"new first-tier"cities,undergoing a period of rapid urban development, experience rapid population and economic agglomeration, approaching saturation, which exacerbates these issues.By studying the threshold of intensive and compact space elements in impact zones of central rail transit stations, this study effectively quantified compact spatial development of impact zones and achieved the low-carbon development goal of enhancing urban space efficiency with minimal resource consumption. From the perspective of low-carbon urban development, this study constructed an intensive and compact spatial evaluation indicator system for stations and areas.By utilizing normal distribution and analogous analysis methods for data analysis, the development target threshold of Chengdu rail transit stations based on the revised reference city was obtained. The analysis reveals that current central rail transit stations in Chengdu exhibit lower attractiveness to residential populations, lower concentration degrees in the north railway station's network, and underdeveloped incubation park station development intensities.Overall, the functional mix of all stations is relatively good.关键词
