Abstract

Inefficient rail transit stations have constituted a prominent issue in the process of high-quality urbanization in China.Addressing this issue through the coordination of rail transit and territorial spatial planning during the planning stage is the most effective approach.Currently,cities in China are transitioning from general territorial spatial planning to detailed planning,presenting a prime opportunity for coordination between territorial space and transport.This paper focused on stations getting rid of low passenger flow status such as Haibang.Based on a multi-objective optimization approach,a mathematical optimization method was proposed from the perspectives of development intensity,facility occupancy,and development revenues,so as to reasonably adjust the plot ratio of land around the stations and enhance the scale of passenger flows.The scientificity and feasibility of the method were verified by using Haibang and Xiaogang stations as cases.Compared with traditional optimization methods,this study utilized big data technology to improve the accuracy and real-time nature of the optimization.It helps to promote the sustainable operation and development of important traffic facilities and surrounding land use under the context of territorial spatial planning.
