Abstract
An in-depth analysis of the current development and evolution characteristics of China's high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening can better improve the competitiveness of science and technology.Based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method,Dagum Gini coefficient and Markov chain transfer probability matrix,this paper studies the evolu-tion trend,regional differences and spatial characteristics of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening in the whole country and the three major regions from 2013 to 2022.The study finds that the comprehensive in-dex of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening in the country and the three major regions is on the rise,showing a spatial pattern of high in the east and low in the west.The measurement results of the Dagum Gini coefficient are shown as follows:The differences in high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening within the country and the three major regions are gradually expanding during the sample period,and the inter-regional differences are the main source of overall differences.From the perspective of spatial distribution characteristics,there is a phenomenon of club con-vergence in high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening,and it is difficult to achieve leapfrog hier-archical transfer.关键词
