摘要

Abstract

This paper takes the example of a certain signal equipment centralization station of Hangzhou Metro that has the train turning back function,and makes the assumption of primary load power failure on the two 0.4 kV mains supplies of the station,to calculate the power supply time of the backup power supply provided by the UPS power supply for the signaling system through the storage battery.Additionally,it presents calculations by means of the standard formula for storage batteries,which serve to prove that the backup power supply time of the signaling equipment provided by the storage battery under the rated working conditions is much longer than the value in the design requirements.Furthermore,in view of the actual field test situation,this paper presents theoretical analysis and practical testing on the switch throwing function of the UPS storage battery in the metro operation scenarios,which serve to obtain the limit times of switch throwing using the electric energy of storage batteries,so as to test the ability of UPS to maintain the normal operation of the signaling system and handle the turning back operation of trains in the case of mains supply power failure.
