Overseas Development of Chinese Digital Enterprises in the New Era:Risk Identification and Interest Protection
摘要
Abstract
As the core driving force of modern economy,digital economy has become a key field of global strategic competition.At the beginning of the 2/st century,and particularly in the new era,with sharp mar-ket insights,China's digital enterprises have actively expanded their overseas markets,and realized a tran-sition from low-end manufacturing to high-end innovation,featuring diversified layout,multi-field develop-ment,and a"born-global"orientation.However,under the current changes unseen in a century,multiple challenges such as geopolitical conflicts,economic pattern transformation,technological governance dilem-mas,and cultural identity bias are intertwined,making the overseas operating environment of China's digital enterprises more complex and severe.In order to cope with these challenges and safeguard the inter-ests of digital enterprises,the government and enterprises need to work together to build a systematic pro-tection network.The government should offer robust support for enterprises through policy incentives and in-ternational cooperation.Enterprises need to strengthen technological innovation,optimize market layout,and enhance their competitiveness.At the same time,both parties should deepen cooperation in security mechanisms,rule-making,digital capabilities and brand building,carry out strategic planning in multiple dimensions such as technology,economy,law,diplomacy and culture,and build an all-round and multi-level overseas interest protection framework to ensure the steady development of China's digital enterprises in the international arena and achieve sustainable growth.关键词
