Abstract
With the rapid development of modern science and technology,clock synchronization technology is becoming more and more important in the field of communication.In metro Police Digital Trunking(PDT)trunking communication system,clock synchroniza-tion is very important to realize seamless switching and reliable transmission of voice.This paper first describes the definition of clock synchronization and the key role of the metro police PDT Trunked communication system,and then analyzes the requirements of PDT and TETRA(Trans European Trunked Radio)standards for clock synchronization in detail.This paper discusses the influence of clock syn-chronization on voice communication switching in PDT system and the significance of configuring Network Time Protocol(NTP)devices.Finally,it concludes that reasonable configuration of NTP devices is important for metro public security PDT cluster communication sys-tem.关键词
