乳腺超声训练模型在住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果
Application effect of breast ultrasound training model in standardized training of resident physicians
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of breast ultrasound training model in the standardized training of resident physicians.Methods From January 2017 to May 2024,41 resident physicians undergoing standardized training in the Department of Ultrasound,the Tenth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University trained with breast ultrasound training model as teaching aids were designated as the experimental group.This group was comparatively analyzed with a control group of 57 resident physicians undergoing standardized training without breast ultrasound training from January 2012 to December 2016.The theoretical(fundamental knowledge of the breast,principles of ultrasound diagnosis,knowledge of disease diagnosis,and differential diagnostic ability)and operational assessment(probe manipulation skills,instrument adjustment proficiency,report writing capability,and clinical diagnostic thinking)scores of the resident physicians before and after training were compared between the two groups.Results The total scores of theoretical assessment before and after training for the resident physicians in the experimental and control groups were(49.90±3.67),(77.88±3.01)points and(49.72±3.63),(74.56±3.27)points,respectively,statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups after training(P<0.05).The total scores of operational assessment before and after training for the resident physicians in the experimental and control group were(48.68±3.45),(78.44±3.69)points and(49.65±3.79),(62.49±3.36)points,respectively,statistically significant differences were also observed between the two groups after training(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast ultrasound training model has a certain training effect in the standardized training of ultrasound medicine resident physicians,which can improve their theoretical knowledge and operational skills.关键词
