互联网培训考核在产科临床教学中的应用

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of Internet training and assessment in obstetrics clinical teaching.Methods From July 2021 to January 2022,a total of 54 nurses in three obstetric wards of Nansha Hospital,Guangzhou First People's Hospital were selected as study participants.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 27 people in each group.The control group received traditional on-site training,while the study group was assessed through Internet training.A comparative analysis was conducted for the two groups,focusing on professional outcomes,training satisfaction,and professional practical skills.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had better theoretical knowledge,operational performance and professional practical ability(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the training in the study group was 88.9%(24/27),which was higher than the 59.3%(16/27)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Training and assessment based on Internet platform not only plays an important role in improving the theoretical understanding of obstetric nurses,but also improves the operational level,and enhances the overall learning experience satisfaction and professional practical ability.关键词
