产褥期母乳喂养效能影响因素及干预措施的研究进展
Research progress on influencing factors and intervention measures of breastfeeding efficacy in puerperium
摘要
Abstract
Breastfeeding efficacy refers to the level of self-confidence of mothers to provide breastfeeding for infants.The higher the breastfeeding efficacy,the more inclined to exclusive breastfeeding.At present,the exclusive breastfeeding rate of infants within 6 months in China is only 29%,far below the target of 50%,which needs to be improved urgently.Based on the research literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper reviews the effects of maternal factors,infant factors and family factors on the efficacy of breastfeeding during puerperium,as well as the corresponding educational intervention,supportive intervention,psychological intervention and comprehensive intervention methods,in order to provide reference for maternal and infant care.关键词
