中老年妇女压力性尿失禁的危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors for stress urinary incontinence in middle-aged and elderly women

Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of stress urinary incontinence(SUI)in middle-aged and elderly women.Methods From July 2022 to July 2024,80 middle-aged and elderly women with SUI who were treated in Linyi Central Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 80 middle-aged and elderly women without SUI in the same period were selected as the control group.The relevant data were collected,and the risk factors of SUI in middle-aged and elderly women were analyzed by binary logistic regression model.Results There was no significant difference in age,disease duration,and smoking history between the two groups(P>0.05).SUI in middle-aged and elderly women was associated with the history of urinary tract infection,pelvic surgery,constipation,and hypertension,pausimenia,history of uterine prolapse,vaginal delivery and the habit of holding back urine(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that history of urinary tract infection,habit of holding back urine,history of pelvic surgery,history of uterine prolapse,vaginal delivery,pausimenia,history of constipation and history of hypertension were independent risk factors for SUI in middle-aged and elderly women(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of SUI in middle-aged and elderly women is related to the history of urinary tract infection,pelvic surgery,constipation,uterine prolapse,and hypertension,pausimenia,vaginal delivery,and habit of holding back urine.Clinical intervention measures can be taken to reduce the risk of SUI in middle-aged and elderly women.关键词
