腹腔镜手术联合醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂对子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者卵巢功能及妊娠情况的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Goserelin Acetate Sustained-Release Depot in the treatment of endometriosis(EMT)combined with infertility.Methods A total of 70 patients with EMT complicated with infertility admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the No.2 People's Hospital of Lanzhou from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with Goserelin Acetate Sustained-Release Depot on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function,pregnancy and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(94.29%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).The levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1-year follow-up,the recurrence rate of EMT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with Goserelin Acetate Sustained-Release Depot is effective in the treatment of EMT combined with infertility.关键词
