Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in women of childbearing age.Methods A total of 121 women of childbearing age who underwent HPV screening in the Yuncheng County Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the examination results,they were divided into HPV infection group and non-infection group.The clinical data of age,education level,reproductive history,age of first sexual intercourse,number of abortion,frequency of sexual intercourse,number of sexual partners,condom use,and cleaning vulva after sexual intercourse were collected.The logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of HPV infection in women of childbearing age.Results Among the 121 cases,30 cases were infected with HPV,and the infection rate was 24.79%.Univariate analysis showed that education level,age of first sexual intercourse,frequency of sexual intercourse,number of sexual partners,and cleaning vulva after sexual intercourse were associated with HPV infection in women of childbearing age(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that education level of high school or below,age of first sexual intercourse<18 years old,frequency of sexual intercourse≥3 times/week,number of sexual partners≥3,and not cleaning vulva after sexual intercourse were risk factors for HPV infection in women of childbearing age(P<0.05).Conclusion Education level,age of first sexual intercourse,frequency of sexual intercourse,number of sexual partners,and cleaning vulva after sexual intercourse are the influencing factors of HPV infection in women of childbearing age,which should be paid more attention and necessary measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of HPV infection.关键词
