Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of health education combined with preventive health care on children's health management and mothers'parenting behaviors.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023,100 healthy children who underwent physical examination in Department of Child Health Care,Feicheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preventive health care,while the intervention group was given health education combined with preventive health care.The occurrence of adverse events,the score of children's health management,the score of mothers'mastery of health management knowledge,the score of mothers'parenting behaviors,and the total satisfaction rate of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of children's health management(diet management,exercise management,sleep management,disease management),mothers'mastery of health management knowledge,mothers'parenting behaviors(balanced nutrition,regular meals,overfeeding,snack control)and the total satisfaction rate in intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education combined with preventive health care in children's health management can improve mothers'parenting behaviors,enhance the quality of children's health management and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
