摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of coronary artery injury in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods A total of 102 children with Kawasaki disease admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected for the study, according to the results of echocardiography,39 cases with coronary artery injury were selected as the observation group and 63 cases without coronary artery injury were selected as the control group. The basic information of the children, the duration of persistent fever, clinical diagnosis, treatment conditions and laboratory indicators were collected for univariate analysis, and then logistic regression analysis was conducted for children with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery injury. Results There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in age, duration of fever, starting time of intravenous immune globulin(IVIG),IVIG resistance, the proportion of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)≥10 mg/L and the proportion of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)>100 mm/h(P<0.05).IVIG resistance,hs-CRP≥10 mg/L and ESR>100 mm/h were independent risk factors for coronary artery injury in children with Kawasaki disease(P<0.05),and age was an independent protective factor for coronary artery injury in children with Kawasaki disease(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with Kawasaki disease are prone to concurrent coronary artery injury due to factors such as IVIG resistance, young age,and elevated levels of hs-CRP and ESR.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and targeted treatment of the above indicators.关键词
