Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of routine rehabilitation training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of children with autism. Methods A total of 40 children with autism admitted to People's Hospital of Hechi from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research samples. They were divided into study group(n=20,routine rehabilitation training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation)and control group(n=20,routine rehabilitation training)by the random number table method. The differences in core symptoms,illness/psychological conditions were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group, there were 10 cases with one improvement, and 10 cases with two or more improvements in core symptoms. The improvement rate was 100.00%(20/20).In the control group, there were 4 cases with no improvement,9 cases with one improvement, and 7 cases with two or more improvements. The improvement rate was 80.00%(16/20).The improvement rate of core symptoms in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the score of autism behavior checklist(ABC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment, the ABC score of both groups decreased, and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the score of psychoeducational profile-3(PEP-3)between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment, the PEP-3 score of both groups increased, and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine rehabilitation training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has a better effect in the treatment of children with autism. It can relieve the symptoms of children and improve their psychological state, and is worthy of promotion.关键词
