摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of Doula non-drug analgesic delivery combined with delivery ball midwifery in maternal delivery.Methods A total of 896 pregnant women who delivered in Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=448,Doula non-drug analgesic delivery combined with delivery ball midwifery)and control group(n=448,conventional midwifery)by random number table method.The application effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first,second and total stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar scores at 1 and 5 min in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Doula non-drug analgesic delivery+delivery ball midwifery in maternal delivery can shorten the labor process,improve the delivery outcome and emotional state,and the Apgar score of newborns is good.关键词
