摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Butorphanol in postoperative analgesia of cesarean section.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,299 parturients with cesarean section admitted to the Inner Mongolia Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected.According to different analgesic regimens,they were divided into the control group(149 cases,Butorphanol)and the observation group(150 cases,plus Dexmedetomidine).The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the dose of Butorphanol in the observation group was smaller,the onset time in the observation group was shorter,and the first analgesic pump pressing time in the observation group was longer(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group at 12 and 24 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was a gradual decrease in pain scores in the immediate postoperative period and at 12 and 24 hours postoperatively in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of endothelin-1,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group at 48 hours after operation were lower,and the level of nitric oxide was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Dexmedetomidine combined with Butorphanol in postoperative analgesia of cesarean section can better reduce the inflammatory and stress response of the body,and improve the analgesic effect.关键词
