摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of Budesonide atomized inhalation on inflammatory factors and immune indexes in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 154 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the touching the ball method.The reference group(77 cases)received treatment with Ceftazidime,while the research group(77 cases)received Budesonide atomized inhalation on the basis of the reference group.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of various immune indexes in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,the serological indexes were better than those in the reference group,the levels of high-sensitivity C reactive protein and procalcitonin were lower than those in the reference group,the disappearance time of various clinical symptoms was shorter than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Budesonide atomized inhalation combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia is better and has the value of popularization.关键词
