Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of allogenic acellular dermal matrix(ADM)combined with autologous split-thickness skin graft in plastic repair of children with hand burn scars.Methods A total of 100 children with hand burn scars who underwent plastic repair in Tianjin Children's Hospital and Dongguan People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups based on the envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received autologous split-thickness skin graft,while the observation group received allogenic ADM combined with autologous split-thickness skin graft.The recovery of transplanted skin,postoperative hand function recovery,wound bacterial count,healing time,scar degree,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores in color,flatness,thickness,and vascular distribution of the transplanted skin(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher rate of excellent and good in postoperative hand function recovery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had fewer bacterial counts in the wound and shorter healing time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scar degree in the observation group was milder(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of allogenic ADM combined with autologous split-thickness skin graft in plastic repair of children with hand burn scars can help restore the appearance and function of the hand,reduce scar severity,decrease wound bacteria,shorten wound healing time,and has a low total incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth applying.关键词
