呼吸功能训练在肺实变患儿康复护理中的应用效果
Application effect of respiratory function training in the rehabilitation nursing of children with pulmonary consolidation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of respiratory function training in the rehabilitation nursing of children with pulmonary consolidation.Methods One hundred children with pulmonary consolidation admitted to Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.Both groups received conventional nursing.On this basis,the observation group was supplemented with respiratory function training.The lung function,symptom improvement time,length of hospital stay and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the lung function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of symptom improvement and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function training can not only improve the pulmonary function of children with pulmonary consolidation,but also reduce the incidence of complications and promote recovery.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
