全程健康教育联合加速康复外科护理在择期重复剖宫产产妇围手术期的应用
Application of whole-course health education combined with enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in perioperative period of elective repeated cesarean section parturients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course health education combined with enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in perioperative period of elective repeated cesarean section parturients.Methods From August 2022 to February 2024,200 parturients who underwent elective repeated cesarean section in the First Dongguan Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received whole-course health education combined with enhanced recovery after surgery nursing.The postoperative exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed,the number of breastfeeding within 24 hours and 48 hours after operation,the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in hospital and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding at one month after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative exhaust time and the first time to get out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of breastfeeding within 24 and 48 hours after operation in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in hospital and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding at one month after delivery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course health education combined with enhanced recovery after surgery nursing can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of parturients undergoing elective repeated cesarean section and promote breastfeeding.关键词
