Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing model guided by health beliefs in women undergoing two-cancer screening.Methods A total of 110 women who underwent two-cancer screening in Wenshang Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by lottery method,with 55 women in each group.The reference group received routine screening guidance,while the experimental group applied the nursing model guided by health beliefs.The improvement of cognition,emotion and coping styles between the two groups was compared.Results The scores of cognitive bias,anxiety and depression in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the reference group,while the score of health information literacy was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The yield and avoidance scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group,and the face score was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the nursing model guided by health beliefs in women undergoing two-cancer screening is relatively good,which can correct cognitive biases,relieve negative emotions and improve coping abilities.关键词
