Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized predictive nursing in parturients with vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 192 parturients who delivered vaginally in Beijing Fangshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June to July 2023 were select as the research subjects.Through random ball drawing and grouping,96 cases with blue balls were assigned as the control group and received routine nursing intervention.There were 96 cases with red balls,they were enrolled in the observation group and underwent humanized predictive nursing intervention.The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 hours after delivery,the score of the self-rating depression scale(SDS),the score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized predictive nursing in parturients with vaginal delivery is helpful to reduce amount of bleeding,alleviate negative emotions and improve parturient satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
