摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing combined with individualized psychological nursing on the psychological state of pregnant women with painless induced abortion.Methods The research period was from January to June 2024.A total of 100 pregnant women who underwent painless induced abortion in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Yangxin County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detail nursing combined with individualized psychological nursing on this basis.The psychological state and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of related emotions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing combined with individualized psychological nursing can improve the psychological state of pregnant women with painless induced abortion and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
