Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention based on health concept in women receiving cervical and breast cancer screening.Methods According to the screening time,463 women who received cervical and breast cancer screening in Jining Yanzhou District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January to June 2023 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing intervention,and 464 women who received cervical and breast cancer screening from July to December 2023 were selected as the research group and received nursing intervention based on health concept.The disease cognition,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,and health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the three dimensions of cancer risk factors,cancer examination and treatment knowledge,and cancer prevention knowledge in the research group after nursing were(9.21±0.12),(9.45±0.14),and(9.54±0.15)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(8.23±0.22),(8.34±0.55)and(8.32±0.21)points(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the research group after nursing were(35.34±1.14)and(35.42±2.13)points,respectively,which were lower than(40.23±2.15)and(40.23±3.15)points of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱin the research group after nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on health concept can alleviate the negative emotions of women during the cervical and breast cancer screening,improve disease cognition,and promote the formation of health management behavior.关键词
