摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing model in natural delivery parturients.Methods A total of 200 parturients with natural delivery in Chengwu People's Hospital from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(100 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group received predictive nursing model.The amount of postpartum haemorrhage,psychological status,and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum haemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the general self-efficacy scale score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing a predictive nursing model for natural delivery parturients can improve their psychological status,enhance self-efficacy,and reduce bleeding volume.关键词
