Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of soothing nursing combined with psychological intervention in emergency improved gastric lavage of adolescent drug overdose/poisoning patients.Methods A total of 52 adolescent drug overdose/poisoning patients who visited the Department of Emergency,Nantong Fourth People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using the lottery method,with 26 cases in each group.Both groups underwent improved gastric lavage(nasogastric tube insertion).The control group received routine emergency nursing for drug overdose/poisoning,while the observation group received soothing nursing combined with psychological intervention on the basis of control group.The anxiety and depression scores,comfort score,and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of soothing nursing and psychological intervention can improve the negative emotional of adolescent drug overdose/poisoning patients during emergency improved gastric lavage,enhance comfort levels,and reduce related complications.It is worth promoting.关键词
