Abstract
Objective To observe the preventive effect of individualized nursing on complications in patients after adenomammectomy of breast cancer. Methods A total of 72 patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method. The control group(36 cases)received routine nursing, and the observation group(36 cases)received individualized nursing. The incidence of complications, sense of pain, quality of life, emotional state, and nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results The total rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing, and compared with the control group, the observation group had lower VAS score(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the 5 functional and overall health scores of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire-core 30 in the observation group were higher, and the 3 symptom scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after adenomammectomy of breast cancer.Patients have lower pain, better quality of life, more stable emotional state, and higher nursing quality. It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
