Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 100 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing from May 2021 to July 2024 were selected.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The application effect of the two groups was observed.Results After intervention,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fever reduction time,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections is significant,which can improve pulmonary function indicators,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve family satisfaction.It is worth recommending.关键词
