Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation management in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given PDCA circulation management mode on the basis of the control group.All the participants were followed up for 12 months,and the asthma attacks(the frequency of dyspnea at night and acute attacks)and the times of emergency hospitalization and outpatient treatment for asthma in the two groups were compared,and the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and the life quality score were counted.Results During the follow-up period,the frequency of dyspnea at night and acute attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the frequency of emergency hospitalization and outpatient treatment for asthma in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After a follow-up of 12 months,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and the life quality score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation management for children with bronchial asthma can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,reduce the frequency of emergency hospitalization and improve their lung function and quality of life.关键词
