Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in nebulization inhalation for children with pneumonia.Methods From January to December 2023,a total of 60 children with pneumonia in Shouguang People's Hospital were enrolled.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with nebulization inhalation,while the control group received routine care and the observation group added comprehensive nursing.The implementation effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of nebulization inhalation in the observation group was lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction level of parents in the observation group was higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing measures can enhance the compliance of children with pneumonia who undergo nebulization inhalation,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve parental satisfaction,which has significant clinical value.关键词
