复掺外加剂对隧道弃渣制混凝土力学性能及孔结构的影响
Influence of Compound Admixture on Mechanical Properties and Pore Structure of Tunnel Waste Slag Concrete

Abstract
The preparation of sand and gravel aggregates from tunnel waste slag presents difficulties in controlling the stone powder content,with both excessive and insufficient amounts negatively impacting the mechanical properties of concrete.Based on an engineering project in Jin-dong moun-tainous region,this study addresses the issue of inadequate concrete performance caused by improper stone powder content by incorporating admixtures into the sand and gravel aggregates.The admixtures accelerate cement hydration and promote the formation of crystalline substances between cement and aggregates.The mechanical properties and micro-pore structures of concrete made with various admix-ture dosages(0%,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6%,2.0%,2.4%)were systematically investigated.The results indicate that both the cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete increase with admixture dosage,reaching optimal performance at dosage above 1.6%.The admixtures,rich in carbonates and silicates,react with C3 S,C2 S,Ca(OH)2,Ca2+in the mineral materials of the waste slag,forming crystalline products such as calcium carbonate,calcium silicate and C-S-H gels.These crystals fill the pores and coat the matrix,enhancing the microstructure and improving the mechanical properties of the concrete.关键词
