Abstract

The service tunnel of Tianshan Shengli Tunnel integrates the open TBM with extruded con-crete lining method,and the test section of TBM extruded concrete lining method is constructed,based on the test section,the support mechanism and support structure scheme of extruded concrete lining are studied,and the pressure calculation method and load distribution mode of surrounding rock are defined.Ordinary deep buried tunnel surrounding rock pressure calculation can use the formula of specifications for design of highway tunnels,deep high stress soft rock tunnel deformation pressure calculation can use Kastner formula.Combined with the engineering conditions of the test section,the structural bearing capacity of the buried depth of 100-150 m(uniformly distributed load 1 MPa)and 150-200 m(uniformly distributed load 1.5 MPa)is analyzed and calculated.The structural bearing capacity meets the relevant requirements and verifies the feasibility of the lining structure.This study guides the practical application of TBM extruded concrete lining method in the design and construction process,and provides strong technical support for the application of TBM extruded concrete lining method under adverse geological conditions.
