摘要

Abstract

The additional bending moment will have a great influence on the sealing performance of the pipe string with special threaded joints.In order to analyze the influences of the sealing parameters of the special threaded joints on the structural integrity and sealing in-tegrity of the joints under the action of additional bending moment,a finite element model of the special threaded joint was established according to the geometric size and material properties of the pipe body and the geometric size and sealing structure parameters of thread determined by physical measurement and tensile tests,and the influencing laws of the factors on the sealing performance of the special threaded joints were analyzed using the factor rotation method.The results indicate that the presence of an additional bending moment affects the sealing performance of the joint's sealing surface and the shoulder area;The interference of main sealing controlled within 0.13 mm can effectively reduce the plastic deformation of special threaded joints produced during assembly process;A sealing surface ta-per controlled in the range of 1∶12~1∶16 can ensure the integrity of the threaded joints;The sealing surface length controlled within the range of 3~7 mm can ensure the special threaded joints in optimal working conditions;The shoulder angle at a reverse angle of 15°can enhance the auxiliary sealing effect of the joints,achieving the best connection performance and reliability.The research conclusions can provide a reference for the design and performance optimization of special threaded structures.
