十二烷基酚嵌段醚丙基磺酸钠的溶液性能
Solution Properties of Sodium Dodecylbenzene Polypropylene-Polyoxyethylene Ether Propyl Sulfonate

Abstract
To meet the requirements of salt resistance and interfacial activity of surfactants for oil displacement in medium to high min-eralized reservoirs,the physicochemical properties of three types of alkylphenol PO-EO block ether sulfonate sodium(C12PE4S,C12PE8S,and C12PE12S)were studied,and the influence of EO chain number on solubility,foaming,surface/interfacial properties,and emulsifying properties was obtained.The experimental results show that at 25℃,0.3% aqueous solutions of C12PE4S,C12PE8S,and C12PE12S appeared turbid when the mass fraction of NaCl solution was 13%,15%,and 20%,respectively.Their solubility was better than that of conventional surfactants with corresponding hydrophobic groups,and the larger the EO number of the synthesized product,the better its solubility and salt resistance.The critical micelle concentration(cmc)of three surfactants decreases with increas-ing temperature and increases with increasing EO number,and the corresponding surface tension value(γcmc)increases.The Gibbs free energy of forming micelles decreases with increasing temperature and increases with increasing EO number.The sulfonated surfactants with larger EO units have better foaming performance.The interfacial tensions between kerosene and solution of surfactant C12PE4S,C12PE8S and C12PE12S could reach ultra-low value(10-3 mN/m order of magnitude)in salinity range of 4.0%~7.0%,6.0%~8.5% and 10%~13% NaCl,indicating that as the EO number increases,the salinity required to reach the lowest interfacial tension al-so increases.C12PE8S and C12PE12S form mesophase emulsion in0.1%~4.0% and 0.3%~5.0% NaCl solution,respectively,which indicates that the salt concentration required to form mesophase emulsion increases with the increase of EO number of surfactant.关键词
