摘要
Abstract
Left ventricular assist device(LVAD)has now become a conventional destination therapy for patients with end-stage heart failure.Postoperative ventricular arrhythmia(VA)is one of the common complications after LVAD surgery and has a great impact on the prognosis of LVAD patients.This article will review the latest research achievements both domestially and internationally to review the risk factors,occurrence mechanisms and treatment strategies of LVAD combined with VA,in order to enrich the clinical management experience of such disease.关键词
