民族交往交流交融的国家动力机制研究
Research on the National Dynamic Mechanism of Ethnic Interactions,Exchanges and Integration:Take ZX Community in Ningbo City as an Example

Abstract
The presence of the state is a relatively universal practice for the interaction,communication and integra-tion of ethnic groups,and it should also be the most universal practice.The absence of state support and guidance for the interaction,communication,and integration of ethnic groups lacks stability and controllability,which is determined by the inherent characteristics of ethnic issues and ethnic work.The presence of the state in the process of interaction,communi-cation,and integration among ethnic groups in urban communities is usually manifested in four aspects:financial invest-ment,organizational and institutional guarantees,national symbolic symbols as carriers,and grassroots community cadres as representatives.The presence of the state in the form of financial investment can effectively allocate the collective ac-tion costs incurred in the practice of interaction,communication,and integration among ethnic groups.The presence of the state in the form of organizational and institutional guarantees can not only supervise the implementation of the party and government's ethnic work guidelines and policies but also provide directional guidance for the interaction,communica-tion,and integration among ethnic groups in the community.The presence of the state in the form of national symbolic symbols can create a visual atmosphere and psychological impact that are both solemn and authoritative,playing a posi-tive role in stimulating national identity among ethnic groups.The presence of the state in the form of grassroots communi-ty cadres can leverage the good emotional connections between community cadres and the masses,broaden communica-tion channels between the government and the masses,and mobilize the enthusiasm of ethnic groups for interaction and in-teraction.关键词
