西部高校应用型本科专业转型发展的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on Transformational Development of Applied Undergraduate Programs in Universities of West Areas

Abstract
Currently,the nation is in a critical phase of expediting the development of an education powerhouse.The government has established more stringent guidelines for advancing categorized reform in higher education institutions,re-fining the mechanisms for adjusting academic disciplines and majors,and enhancing the talent cultivation model.Under the combined impetus of national policy guidance,regional economic and social development needs,and institutional self-development requirements,the transformation of application-oriented undergraduate majors in universities in western Chi-na has become both crucial and urgent.However,in the process of transformation,it faces challenges such as difficulty in changing mindsets,an imbalanced composition of teaching staff,and superficial university-enterprise cooperation.In re-sponse,universities have expedited the promotion of teaching innovation by implementing the"Five Transformations and Five Modernizations"in both teaching and management dimensions.This approach leverages management innovation to drive systematic changes and strategic breakthroughs to achieve qualitative leaps.Consequently,significant accomplish-ments have been achieved in the establishment of undergraduate majors,the refinement of talent cultivation goals,the re-structuring of curriculum systems,the enhancement of teaching staff configurations,and the advancement of deep school-enterprise collaboration.These efforts have provided solid talent support and intellectual contributions to the economic and social development of western regions.关键词
