新疆落叶松40个无性系光合特性的综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation of Photosynthetic Characteristics of 40 Clones of Larix sibirica

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the similarities and differences between the photosynthetic characteristic parameters and photosynthetic pigment indicators of 40 clones of Larix sibirica Ledeb.,and to provide theoretical reference for the rational development and utilization,breeding of high-quality varie-ties of L.sibirica,and division of suitable planting areas.Using 40 clones of L.sibirica with forest forma-tion period as the research object,their 11 indicators of photosynthetic characteristic parameters and photo-synthetic pigment indicators were measured,and variance analysis,correlation analysis,principal compo-nent analysis,and cluster analysis were performed on them.The results showed that,the net photosynthet-ic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,and water use efficiency of 40 clones of L.sibirica showed significant overall differences between groups.However,the carboxylation efficiency,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b,and carotenoids did not show significant overall differences between groups.Among them,the YL-14 clone has the highest net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance,the YL-27 clone has the highest intercellular CO2 concentra-tion,the YL-6 clone has the highest transpiration rate,the YL-21 clone has the highest water use efficiency,and the YL-1 clone has the highest carboxylation efficiency;The YL-35 clone has the highest content of chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll,and carotenoids,the YL-29 clone has the highest content of chlorophyll b,and the YL-34 clone has the highest content of chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b.Related analysis shows that,The correlations among photosynthetic characteristic parameters and among photosynthetic pigment indi-cators were relatively high,but the correlation between these two types of indicators did not reach a signifi-cant level.Through principal component analysis,the 11 indicators of 40 clones of L.sibirica were classi-fied into 4 common factors.System cluster analysis was conducted on the 40 clones of L.sibirica using these 4 common factors,which can be divided into 5 categories.By evaluating the photosynthetic character-istic parameters and photosynthetic pigment indicators,5 clones'higher photosynthetic characteristics were selected,including YL-35,YL-28,YL-25,YL-26,and YL-23,which have higher net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency,and photosynthetic pigment content.There are certain differences and correl-ations in photosynthetic characteristic parameters and photosynthetic pigment indicators among the 40 clones of L.sibirica.Among them,the YL-35,YL-28,YL-25,YL-26,and YL-23 clones perform better in terms of comprehensive photosynthetic characteristic parameters and photosynthetic pigment indicators than other clones.关键词
