不同发育时期红花椒'凤椒'果皮的非靶向代谢组学分析
Non-targeted Metabolomic Analysis of the Pericarp of Zanthoxylum bungeanum'Fengjiao'at Different Developmental Periods

Abstract
In order to investigate the differences and patterns of change in metabolites during the develop-ment of red prickly ash peels,this study applied the non-targeted metabolomics technology to compare the types and quantities of metabolites in different developmental periods of red prickly ash'Fengjiao'(Zan-thoxylum bungeagum in Fengxian)peels,and to analyse the differential metabolites and related metabolic pathways.The results showed that 1 000 and 711 compounds were identified in the positive and negative modes,respectively,which were classified into 17 groups of compounds,including lipid and lipid-like mol-ecules,organic oxygen compounds,organic heterocyclic compounds,organic acids,and their derivatives.With fruit development,the significant differences of metabolites in prickly ash decreased,and the relative content of each differential metabolite increased in general.KEGG metabolic pathway analysis showed that most of the differential metabolites in red prickly ash were significantly enriched during the whole develop-ment process,and they were ABC transporter proteins,flavonoids and flavonol biosynthesis,nucleotide me-tabolism,phenylalanine metabolism,tyrosine metabolism,tryptophan metabolism,purine metabolism,etc.The ABC transporter protein was enriched with the most compounds at 50 days and 80 days after flowering compared with 10 days after flowering,and the biosynthetic pathway of cofactors was enriched with the most compounds at 80 days after flowering compared with 50 days after flowering.关键词
