干旱及完全遮阴对云南松幼苗生长和C、N、P化学计量特征的影响
Effects of Drought and Complete Shade on Growth and C,N,and P Stoichiometric Characteristics of Pinus yunnanensis Seedlings

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the growth and C,N,and P stoichiometric characteristics of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings under drought and complete shade conditions,providing a theoretical basis for the regeneration and cultivation of understory P.yunnanensis seedlings.Using 1-year-old P.yunnanensis seed-lings as test materials,we simulated the understory environment by using the pot weighing and water con-trol method,and set up two light levels:normal light and complete shade,and four moisture gradients:suit-able moisture,mild drought,moderate drought,and severe drought,measured growth indices and C,N,and P stoichiometric characteristics.The results show that:1)Soil moisture content significantly affected seed-ling height,ground diameter,and C,N,and P contents and ratios of the four organs of seedlings,except for fine root C content.Under severe drought,seedling height and soil diameter were significantly reduced,and the biomass of the four organs decreased in the drought treatment compared with the control treatment.The C content of needles was significantly reduced.The C,N,and P contents of thick roots and the N and P contents of needles were significantly increased.The ratios of each of the needles and the C∶N of thick roots were significantly decreased.The stem N∶P was significantly increased,and the ratios of fine roots were not significantly different.2)Soil water content and light intensity interacted to significantly affect seedling height,ground diameter,needle,stem,and thick root biomass,C,N,and P contents,and ratios of the four organs.Under severe drought,seedling height and soil diameter decreased,needle and fine root bi-omass increased,needle C content,stem N and P contents significantly increased,needle N content,stem C content,thick root N and P contents,fine root C,N and P contents significantly decreased,needle C∶N,thick root C∶N,C∶P,N∶P,fine root C∶P,N∶P significantly increased,and needle N∶P,stem C∶N,C∶P significantly decreased.3)Water had a greater effect on the growth of P.yunnanensis seedlings,while the interaction between water and light had a greater effect on the physiology of seedlings.Thick root biomass,needle N content,thick root N and P content,fine root N and P content are important indexes to cope with the lack of water and light environment;there is a general correlation between the growth inde-xes and the C,N and P content of P.yunnanensis seedlings,but show more negative correlation.Soil water content and light intensity both significantly affected the growth of P.yunnanensis seedlings and the C,N,P stoichiometric characteristics of each organ;seedling growth was limited by the N element,and water and light were important factors limiting seedling growth;therefore,it is recommended that understory regen-eration and cultivation of P.yunnanensis seedlings should be supplemented with water and fertilizer in time and appropriate light transparent logging.关键词
