元宝枫叶片呈色生理变化特征研究
Physiological Changes of Leaf Color of Acer truncatum
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the physiological causes of leaf color change,9 superior trees of Acer trunca-tum in Jingyang Experimental & Demonstration Base were taken as the experimental materials to study the physiological indexes of the leaves with different colors and the contents of secondary metabolites in different strains of A.truncatum.The results showed that the color difference parameter red degree(a*),anthocyanin content and total flavonoids content of red leaf were higher than those of other leaf colors,but the pH was lower than that of other leaf colors.The brightness(L*)value,color index and chlorophyll content of green leaf were higher than other leaf colors,while the a* value,yellow degree(b*)value and anthocyanin content were the lowest.Yellow leaves had the highest b* value and pH,but the ratio of an-thocyanin content to carotenoid content was the lowest,the contents of others in yellow and red leaves were in intermediate level.Forteen kinds of secondary metabolites were analyzed from 4 kinds of the leaves with different colors.Quercetin-3-glucuronide content was the highest,and there was no significant differ-ence among different leaf colors.The contents of epicatechin in red and green leaves were the highest,and the contents of centaurin-3,5-glucoside,centaurin-galactoside,centaurin-rutin and proanthocyanidin B2 in red leaves were significantly higher than those in other leaf colors.It is concluded that the accumulation of anthocyanins is the main reason for the red color of A.truncatum leaves.Anthocyanin constitutes the main component of Cyanin,and its content and ratio determine the red color of leaves.关键词
