摘要

Abstract

Dynamic hydrogel with the integrating properties of injectability,self-healing and adhesion was prepared by doping silk fibroin into polysaccharides based dynamic hydrogel,through the synergistic effect of multiple reversible bonds(imine bond,hydrogen bond,elec-trostatic interaction).The effects of silk fibroin content on the properties of dynamic hydro-gel,such as rheology,self-healing,adhesion,biodegradation and biocompatibility,were inves-tigated.Doping suitable amount of silk fibroin can enhance the mechanical properties and de-lay degradation rate of the dynamic hydrogel,while maintain excellent self-healing and inject-able properties.The dynamic hydrogel loading 2.5 wt%silk fibroin exhibited the maximun mechanical properties(1 650 Pa storage modulus)and degradation performance(50%in two weeks),as well as good adhesion and biocompatibility.
