摘要

Abstract

The rapid development of a new generation of scientific and technological revolution represented by intelligent electric vehicles has put forward higher requirements for the tem-perature resistance of automotive motor insulated enameled wire,and the high temperature resistance and high-performance enameled wire film has been highly concerned by the indus-try.In this paper,rice granular HfO2 nanoparticles were synthesized into polyimide(PI)ma-trix by in-situ polymerization method.Thanks to the unique microstructure,small size,and single monoclinic crystal phase of HfO2 nanoparticles,the visible light transmittance of PI/HfO2(rice granular)composite films reached 90%.The water contact angle was increased to 91.4 °,the thermal decomposition temperature increased from 492℃ for pure PI film to 522 ℃when the weight loss rate was 10%,and the dielectric constant increased to 4.4(200 kHz).This work has important guiding significance for developing new formula of high-perform-ance enameled wire.
