Purification of natural graphite by two-step alkaline-acid method and its application in lithium-ion batteries
摘要
Abstract
Graphite is a kind of strategic material,and its purity determines the scope of appli-cation and performance in devices.Herein,in view of the problems of high energy consump-tion,high pollution or low purity/efficiency in the purification process of traditional natural graphite,we design a"hydrothermal alkaline treatment-hydrothermal acid treatment"strategy based on the natural graphite in Alxa,we optimize the parameters of alkaline concentration,treatment temperature,acid treatment formula,etc.,to obtain graphite with purity up to 99.98%.The microstructure of the purified graphite was analyzed,and the lithium storage be-havior of graphite was studied.This paper provides a modified hydrothermal method to purify natural graphite,and obtains the variation rule of lithium storage behavior of graphite with different purity,which provides a reference for the development of the purification of natural graphite and its application in lithium-ion batteries.关键词
