基于改进蜣螂算法的光伏发电多峰值MPPT研究
Research on multi-peak MPPT for photovoltaic generation based on improved dung beetle optimizer algorithm

Abstract
To address the issue of local optimum in the current MPPT control of photovoltaic power generation,a multi-peak MPPT method based on an improved dung beetle algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the PV cells are modeled and mathematically analyzed.Secondly,the Circle mapping is introduced to initialize the population of the dung beetle algorithm,and a variable helix search strategy is incorporated into the ball-rolling behavior to enhance the algorithm's computational accuracy.Secondly,the convex lens reverse learning strategy is integrated into the iterative process to prevent premature convergence.Thirdly,the PV array model and the algorithm's restart mechanism are established based on the power output characteristics of the PV array.Finally,through Matlab/Simulink simulation,it is verified that the proposed method can avoid falling into local optimum when dealing with PV MPPT problem and im-prove the effect of MPPT when the output power of photovoltaic array.Meanwhile,the tracking accuracy reaches more than 99.4 percent in the case of partial shading and sudden change of light.关键词
