摘要

Abstract

The spiral case cushion is related to the stable operation of the unit and the project investment,so it is of great significance to carry out the study on the spiral case cushion scheme.By using the finite element analysis method,the material parameters of the spiral case cushion and the laying range of the cushion of the Yangqu Hydropower Station are studied.Six typical sections at 0°,45°,90°,135°,180° and 225° are selected,and a plane axisymmetric model is established to study the influence of E/d,the laying posi-tions of the lower and upper ends of the cushion on the circumferential stress,displacement of the steel spiral case and the surrounding concrete,and the concrete bearing ratio.The results show that the circumferential tensile stress and radial displacement of the steel spi-ral case gradually decrease with the increase of E/d,while the circumferential tensile stress,bearing ratio and vertical displacement of the concrete gradually increase;the circumferential stress of the steel spiral case gradually increases as the lower end of the cushion ex-tends downward,while the radial displacement of the steel spiral case,the circumferential tensile stress,bearing ratio and vertical dis-placement of the surrounding concrete gradually decrease,and it is beneficial to appropriately extend the range of the lower end;the circumferential stress of the steel spiral case and the vertical displacement of the surrounding concrete gradually decrease with the in-crease of the distance between the upper end of the cushion and the lining of the foundation pit,while the maximum radial displacement of the steel spiral case,the circumferential tensile stress and bearing ratio of the concrete gradually increase.The research results can provide technical support for the design of the spiral case cushion of the Yangqu Hydropower Station.
