摘要

Abstract

Through the calculation and analysis of the buried crescent rib steel penstock branch pipe in Hami Pumped Storage Power Sta-tion in Xinjiang by using the finite element method,on the basis of formulating the shape of the steel penstock branch pipe,a finite ele-ment numerical analysis model is established.Considering the buried pipe scheme with the combined bearing of the surrounding rock,the stress in the state of the exposed pipe and the bearing ratio of the surrounding rock in the buried scheme are checked.The results show that the Mises stress of each part of the buried crescent rib steel penstock branch pipe in Hami Pumped Storage Power Station is less than the resistance limit value of the steel;in the state of the exposed pipe,the stress of each part is less than the yield strength of the steel;the maximum bearing ratio of the surrounding rock is26.4%,which is less than30%and meets the specification requirements.Through comprehensive analysis,it is considered that the shape design of the buried crescent rib steel penstock branch pipe in Hami Pumped Stor-age Power Station in Xinjiang is reasonable.Among them,the connection part between the main branch and the branch branch,the waist-line corner part of the connection between the main branch and the main cone,and the inner edge of the maximum cross-section of the rib plate are the weak links of the structure.During the operation period of the steel penstock branch pipe,the stress of the relevant parts should be focused on monitoring.The research results can provide a reference for the design of the buried crescent rib steel penstock branch pipe in similar head pumped storage power stations.
