Design and three-dimensional simulation of weft-knitted jacquard fabrics with loop transfer based on text-to-image technology

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of modern living standards,consumers'demands for textiles have transcended beyond their basic functions of keeping warm and covering up,placing greater emphasis on aesthetics,comfort,and functionality.In this context,weft-knitted loop transfer fabrics have demonstrated tremendous application potential in various fields such as clothing and home decoration,thanks to their unique structural design,colorful patterns,and excellent breathability and elasticity.These fabrics not only meet people's pursuit of beauty,but also take into account the comfort and practicality of wearing,making them highly favored products in the market. To meet the growing market demand for weft-knitted jacquard loop transfer fabrics and simultaneously enhance their design and production efficiency,the introduction of artificial intelligence(AI)has brought revolutionary changes to this field.By everaging AI technology,various styled pattern design renderings can be swiftly generated.Through a series of complex and intricate operations such as image input and analysis,data processing and conversion,these pattern design renderings are transformed into specific production processes,which lays a solid foundation for the rapid production of weft-knitted jacquard loop transfer fabrics. In the process of technology generation,a crucial step is to grid the pattern design rendering based on the fabric's finished warp density and weft density to obtain the pattern jacquard diagram.To further explore the relationship and transformation law between these models,a corresponding mathematical model is established.The two-dimensional matrix is used to represent the pattern jacquard diagram,the stitch structure diagram,and the knitting process diagram.Mathematical methods are employed to explore the internal connections and transformation rules among these models.By examining the transformation relationship between the pattern jacquard diagram and the stitch structure diagram,the knitting matrix model of the fabric is developed.This model not only realizes the digital storage of fabric structure,but also provides strong support for the subsequent simulation and process optimization.To achieve photorealistic simulation of weft-knitted jacquard loop transfer fabrics,a basic model of the loop structure in an ideal state is established based on the structural characteristics of actual fabrics.This model can accurately reflect the loop morphology and arrangement rules of weft-knitted jacquard loop transfer fabrics,providing a reliable theoretical basis for simulation. Finally,with the help of C#programming language and WebGL technology,a simulation of the three-dimensional structure of weft-knitted loop transfer fabrics based on the constructed theoretical models is conducted.关键词
