Abstract
A dual band switchable up-conversion component is designed for the field of radar detection.Its main function is to convert the 720 MHz fundamental signal to 15~17 GHz or 35~37 GHz radio frequency signals after filtering,mixing and amplifying.This paper first introduces the design scheme and working principle of the up-conversion component,then analyzes the dual frequency switchable link,and introduces the design process and simulation results of the key components in detail.The test results show that the output power of the signal in the 15~17 GHz band is 24 dBm,and the output power in the 35~37 GHz band is 31.1 dBm.The harmonic and spurious suppression of the two output bands can reach 60 dBc.The scheme and test technical indexes of the two switchable output frequency bands meet the requirements of the target index.关键词
